How do I find my press-on nail size?
Measure the width of each finger at the widest point using a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper. Then compare your measurements to the MOONLEE size chart — XS, S, M, or L — for your chosen nail shape.
What nail shapes does MOONLEE offer?
MOONLEE offers 16 nail shapes including Short Almond, Almond, Medium Almond, Long Almond, Short Oval, Medium Oval, Long Oval, Short Square, Short Squoval, Medium Square, Short Round, Short Stiletto, Extra Short Stiletto, Medium Stiletto, Long Stiletto, Ballet Square, and New Short Ballet.
What measurements are included in the MOONLEE nail size database?
Each nail shape includes three measurements per finger (Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky): Length, Width, and Inner Curve — across four sizes: XS, S, M, and L.
Are MOONLEE press-on nails reusable?
Yes. MOONLEE press-on nails are reusable up to 5–7 wears (up to 1 month) when applied and removed properly using the included JellyTabs.
What is Inner Curve and why does it matter for fit?
Inner Curve is the curvature measurement of the underside of the press-on nail. A mismatch between the press-on's inner curve and your natural nail bed causes lifting at the sides and shorter wear time. Matching this measurement is as important as matching width.
What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
Size up. A slightly larger press-on can be filed down at the sides to fit your nail bed precisely. Sizing down risks the press-on not covering your nail plate fully, which creates gaps and reduces wear time.
Do different nail shapes have different size charts?
Yes. Each of the 16 MOONLEE nail shapes has its own size chart because the Length, Width, and Inner Curve dimensions differ by shape. Always reference the chart for the specific shape you are ordering.
Can I mix sizes within one set?
Yes. Each MOONLEE set includes multiple sizes per finger position so you can mix and match across fingers. Most people use a different size on their thumb versus their pinky.
How do I measure my nail width accurately at home?
Cut a thin strip of paper, wrap it around the widest part of your nail bed, mark where it overlaps, then measure the strip flat with a ruler in millimeters. Repeat for each finger. This gives you the width measurement to match against the MOONLEE size database.
