We want you to love your MOONLEE nails. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened and unused, in original packaging
- In the same condition as received, with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or used nail sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@moonleehome.com to initiate your return. Do not send items back without contacting us first โ€” unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@moonleehome.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used nail sets
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original order and place a new purchase once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at support@moonleehome.com.
